Summer Is the Perfect Time to Walk Barefoot!
You take off your shoes and take your first step on grass or sand. What do your feet feel? What do you feel through them?
Feet are our support, stability, and balance—the foundation of our entire skeleton.
They need to be strong and flexible.
Feet channel the energy of the earth.
In reality, we often hide them in uncomfortable shoes, pay little attention to them, and only think about them when something goes wrong—a twisted ankle or a blistered heel.
This new series of lessons about feet will help you reconnect with them.
You will feel your feet more vividly, and they will respond in kind—becoming lighter, softer, more mobile, stronger, and more sensitive.
Of course, we will also focus on integrating the feet with the movements of the entire body. You will discover that working with your feet can make it easier to stand, walk, turn, and perform both simple daily movements and more complex ones.
Soft, flexible feet will help protect your spine and may even assist in relaxing your neck.
This series will be especially beneficial for those who have experienced ankle injuries or have knee issues.

Schedule:
Classes will run from August 10 to 14, with morning and evening groups available:

Lessons will take place on the Zoom platform.
All lessons will be recorded, so if you miss a session, you can catch up with the recording.
