In this 5-day course, you will learn a series of lessons designed to help you relax both your body and mind through somatic practices.
The effectiveness of these lessons lies in the fact that simple, slow, repetitive body movements can shift us from a state of activity and nervous excitement to one of deep calm. Once in this state, we can fall asleep or rest, restoring our energy.
