This year, online somatics classes will be held regularly, with six sessions per month. Each month will focus on a new topic.

  • February: Focus on the neck and shoulders

  • March: Focus on the back

  • April: Focus on the face

  • May: Focus on the eyes

  • June: Focus on the body's center

  • July: Focus on walking

  • August: Focus on the pelvic diaphragm

Pricing for the Somatix360 Program

  • 1 month: 5,500₽

SEPTEMBER: Focus on Breathing

In September, we will start with the basics: breathing.
Breathing quality is directly connected to life quality.
How we breathe influences our energy levels, readiness for action, and overall health. Optimal breathing ensures sufficient oxygen reaches every organ and tissue in the body, including the brain.

This course is particularly beneficial for those who:

  • Are recovering from COVID-19.

  • Have chronic respiratory conditions.

  • Suffer from headaches caused by muscle tension.

  • Experience pain in the lower back, neck, or shoulders.

  • Have weak pelvic floor or abdominal muscles.

  • Struggle with low energy, burnout, or depression.

The course will focus on the breathing process, connecting it with slow, mindful body movements. You'll discover how you unconsciously restrict your breathing in different postures and learn how to change that.

In somatic practice, we use awareness, movement, and imagination to create the optimal conditions for breathing to happen naturally, without effort.

  • Somatic lessons: September 9–27, Mondays and Thursdays, 8:00–9:00 PM (Moscow time).

Lesson recordings will be available until September 30th.
Permanent access to the recordings costs an additional 2,000₽.

OCTOBER: Focus on the Chest

The chest plays a crucial role in:

  • Supporting full breathing.

  • Maintaining spinal health.

  • Housing our emotions and feelings.

Through gentle movements and focused attention, we’ll increase chest mobility and release tension.

This course is ideal for those with:

  • Rounded shoulders and a forward head posture.

  • A prominently protruding chest and “stuck” shoulder blades.

  • Stiffness or restricted movement in the ribs or thoracic spine.

Additionally, if you deal with stress, unresolved emotions, or a sense of suppression, somatic lessons for the chest can help bring calm and balance.

NOVEMBER: Focus on the Feet

This month’s focus is on the feet—our foundation for stability, balance, and movement.

Healthy feet should be strong and flexible, grounding us while supporting a sense of balance.

What to Expect:

  • Develop better awareness of your feet.

  • Improve their flexibility, strength, and responsiveness.

  • Integrate foot movement into whole-body functionality for easier standing, walking, and everyday motions.

  • Relieve tension in the spine and even help relax the neck.

This series is particularly beneficial for those with ankle injuries or knee issues.

  • November 1–18, Mondays and Thursdays, 8:00–9:00 PM (Moscow time).

DECEMBER: Focus on the Pelvis and Hips

In December, we’ll focus on the pelvis and hips.

Through somatic lessons, we’ll:

  • Address chronic tension and restricted mobility in the lower back and hip area.

  • Improve walking, dancing, and other everyday movements.

  • Enhance reproductive and excretory functions.

  • Strengthen and stabilize the body by working with the muscles of the pelvis, lower back, and waist.

  • December 6–23, Mondays and Thursdays, 8:00–9:00 PM (Moscow time).
