In this 5-day course, you’ll learn a series of lessons to relax both your body and mind using somatic techniques.
The effectiveness of these lessons lies in their foundation—gentle, slow, repetitive movements that shift you from a state of activity and nervous tension into deep relaxation. In this state, we can fall asleep or rest, restoring our energy.
