Love, Sex, and Somatics
A two-day workshop of somatic practice and exploring your sexual awareness.

This workshop is exclusively for women—a time and space dedicated to developing your ability to be attentive to yourself, your cyclical feminine body, your comfort, and your pleasure.

This workshop is designed so that every woman who wishes can feel feminine, sexual, and attractive. No external validation is necessary. Sexuality is not something external, despite what the media might suggest—it is within you. You just need to find the way to it.

Somatic practice helps establish a connection with yourself, your body, and your life force. Emotional and physical wounds can block the natural flow of sexual energy. Somatic practice can open this path. No physical preparation or special knowledge is required; there’s no mysticism involved. Somatics restores the unity of mind, body, and soul through mindful movements, helping us shed defenses and embrace openness and love.

What to Expect

This workshop includes diverse somatic lessons to enrich and enhance your sexual life.

  • Breathing and relaxation exercises

  • Movements to improve the mobility of the pelvis and spine

  • Techniques to open the hip joints

  • Exercises to improve the function of pelvic floor muscles

  • Awareness and release of the mouth, tongue, and jaw

  • Full-body integration lessons and more

We will openly talk "about it," learn "how it's set up for me" rather than "what's right," and focus on "being" instead of "having" or "doing."

As a woman, I can only share what I have experienced myself.

This seminar is rich in lessons, practices, and new knowledge. You’ll have the opportunity to boldly explore yourself and connect with others in a supportive environment.

I ensure that the workshop space is as comfortable and safe as possible because in such a sensitive subject, it’s crucial to feel, "I’m okay as I am."

We follow principles of confidentiality, speak only for ourselves in the first person, avoid criticism (especially self-criticism), refrain from giving advice, and treat ourselves and others with respect and care. This supportive atmosphere fosters internal transformation.

Course Content

Sexuality is an integral part of our lives. Moshe Feldenkrais wrote that only individuals fully mature in their mental, emotional, physical, and social functions can connect with others in a way that makes the sexual act an emotional, physical, and aesthetic pleasure—mutual and equal.

Themes We'll Explore:

  • How well do we understand the anatomy of the pelvis and pubic area?

  • Are we aware of our breathing?

  • Do we notice how we look at each other?

  • How we touch?

  • Do we feel ourselves and our partners?

  • How present are we with one another?

  • Are our lower back, hips, and pelvis free?

  • How flexible is our spine?

Workshop Flow

Session 1:
We start with movement—far from the sexual organs—and gradually include them as part of the whole. Lessons will focus on enhancing mobility in the spine, pelvis, hip joints, and ribcage. By reducing tension and stiffness in the torso, we remove barriers to the natural flow of sexual energy.

Session 2:
We’ll delve into the pelvic floor muscles and the genitals. How well do we know this hidden part of our body? Probably not very well. We’ll explore through images, sensations, and movements.

"Less effort—more sensitivity" is one of the core principles of somatic learning that will help us expand our body image in this delicate area.

Session 3:
We'll investigate touch—sometimes, a single touch speaks louder than many words.

  • What intention lies behind our touch?

  • How do we convey feelings through touch?

  • What other forms of self-expression are available in sexual contact?

Bonus:
We’ll explore our menstrual cycle, examining the cyclical nature of womanhood and learning how to embrace the treasures of each phase.

Finale:
We’ll create a short 15-minute somatic movement routine to serve as your personal way to tune into pleasure, intimacy, and ecstasy.
