This seminar is designed to help every woman who desires it to feel feminine, sensual, and attractive. No external validation is needed for this. Sensuality is not external, despite what mass media tries to convince us. It is within. You just need to find your way to it. Somatic practice helps establish a connection with yourself, your body, and your life force.

Emotional and physical wounds can block the natural flow of sexual energy. Somatic practice opens this pathway. No physical preparation or special knowledge is required, and there’s no mysticism involved. Somatics restores the integrity of the soul, body, and mind through mindful movements, helping you move from defensiveness to openness and love.

The seminar will feature various somatic lessons that can enhance and diversify your sexual life. These include lessons on breathing and relaxation, improving the mobility of the pelvis and spine, opening the hip joints, improving the function of pelvic floor muscles, and increasing awareness and releasing tension in the mouth, tongue, and lower jaw. There will also be lessons on integrating the whole body and much more.

During the seminar, we will talk about sensuality—discovering “how I experience it” rather than “what I think about it.” We will learn to “be” instead of “having” or “doing.” The seminar is for women because I am a woman, and I can only share what I have lived myself.
