Days of Silence

We live in a world of high-speed information. A constant flow of data streams in from all directions—TV, mobile phones, computers, meetings, and negotiations. While this has become a normal part of life, it often overwhelms us and disconnects us from the most important thing: ourselves.
The overload of information accumulates physical and mental fatigue, drowning out our inner voice. It becomes quieter and quieter until we almost stop hearing it and trusting ourselves. We lose touch with what we truly want, feel, and experience. Without realizing it, we begin to think in borrowed terms and desire what others say we should, instead of discovering our true needs.
How Can We Reconnect?
When was the last time you spent even a day in complete silence? A day without using your phone, reading, or watching something online?
Have you ever dedicated a day to yourself, in silence?
Days of silence and stillness are not a luxury—they are a profound necessity and a priceless gift to yourself. These are moments to meet yourself, to notice the inner processes that often slip away in the hustle of life.
We invite you to spend three days in silence and reconnect with yourself.
This Retreat Is For You If You Want To:
-
Feel and explore the sensations that arise when connecting with yourself in a space of silence and stillness, during meditations, somatic practices, and breathing exercises.
-
Gently and mindfully explore your inner world.
-
Slow down and listen to what is happening within your body, emotions, and mind.
-
Relax and reconnect with your physical self.
Purpose of the "Days of Silence"
In everyday life, we do everything we can to avoid meeting ourselves. At this retreat, you will meet yourself, and this encounter can take many forms.
You might see things you’ve suppressed or hidden for a long time. Or, you might be ready to delve deeper and discover what lives within, to acknowledge and allow yourself to fully experience it. When emotions are felt and processed, they lose their grip, release their pain, and let go.
Days of Silence are a deep cleanse. During this time, you may encounter everything stored in your mind, body, and emotions: obsessive thoughts, tension, fears, pain, anger, sadness, boredom, and more.
This encounter is a valuable gift you give yourself. If you allow this process to unfold, you can go deep into the practices and meditations and experience a sense of unity with everything, a pure joy that comes from a fresh perception of life and space around you.
The goal of the "Days of Silence" is to reconnect with the sense that life can be felt in every cell of your body in every moment.

Participant Testimonial
*"When I recall our Days of Silence, I instantly return to the field of stillness, where there are no words, no thoughts—just the primordial energy of Being. Words cannot describe it; it can only be felt and dissolved into with your consciousness. It brings profound transformation and understanding.
After such an experience, you cannot remain the same. Many illusions fade, and you realize that your mind is not the core of who you are. You begin to feel and understand the space within you that has always existed, calling you to explore it. Through this exploration, you discover your true self.
All of this happens in the field of silence. Only in stillness can we release illusions and false identifications and find our authentic selves."*
