The body’s center—the area between the ribcage and pelvis—is a kind of cylinder that protects internal organs and ensures efficient support for maintaining an upright posture.
Becoming aware of your center and using it properly means having stability, strength, and readiness to act in the present moment, in response to the situation at hand.
About the Course
The course consists of 8 online sessions held on the Zoom platform. This time, we will focus on the areas of the abdomen, waist, lower back, buttocks, as well as the respiratory and pelvic diaphragms.
